is there any possibility that you can add the toggle function to the third skill of magmus? as of now there is no effects when you press the button

I would like to report a bug, at least I think they are bugs.
#1 Volcanic touch cannot be toggled off whereas by default Magmus can toggle this.
#2 Sometimes the model goes beneath terrain and/or water
