I don't like getting f*cked as SB

I like to play as SB and i've noticed a glitch in my last two games that once Swift Blade starts spinning, if I click a spot on the map he won't move. He only seems to move if I'm already going before I start spinning.

its not a glitch, maybe something wrong with your mouse, or you clicked on a creep and it died

Im guessing your refering to the fact that Swiftblade's Blade Frenzy has a very minimal cast animation meaning Swiftblade upon cast will stand still and go into default mode.

Whilst Juggernaught didnt, its not a gamebreaking issue, you should be spam clicking with this ability anyhow.

He said that if he's stationary when activating Blade Frenzy, he isn't able to move during it. He can only move, if he's moving when he activates Blade Frenzy.

I haven't noticed this myself.
