Is this true? Really curious, want to get lol-whip-shroud-rift-crit. ^^
He meant that on the attack you would normally crit with whiplash, you can proc riftshards and the crit from rift will take place of the one from whip. You can't get them both to proc at the same time for an extra multiplier of damage.
off topic, but it would be interesting to know at what amount of damage rift shards is actually a viable pick up on puppet.
