    Sticky Control Teams

    Hey HoN crew,

I play an absurd amount of Syllabear, Lone Druid, in DOTA, so I was very excited to play Wildsoul, his counterpart, in HoN. While interesting to play, what really frustrated me was the stickiness of control teams.
I map my hero to team 1, my bear to team 2, and both to team 3. A common technique I use while running away from a hero would be to return my bear and send it at the chasing hero. The problem is that I press 'Q' to return, press '1' right after, and I still have the bear selected. In DOTA it would be 'R' (bear returned), and then I press '1' to control my hero again.
It's a mild frustration, because I've had to alter this routine to just ordering my hero to the fountain while using the bear to block/attack. I like switching control from my bear to my hero very quickly, so if anything could be done to speed up this recognition of selecting a control team, I'm sure all Wildsoul players would be thankful. Thanks!

One thing in LoL that I like about, is that if you summon Tibbers with Annie (Bear with syla) you can control the bear by holding down ALT. So you don't need to deselect your hero.

This would a good idea to implement in HoN as well. Makes controlling untis easier. Although you can just cycle with tab can u not?

The reason that wont work in HoN is because you're ALWAYS controlling your hero in LoL, and can really select a different one. In HoN you can select different/multiple units.

Although I would like to see hotkeys in the configuration like they did with the inventory... for example you can set Shift+q to use the first inventory item in your bear and shift+r to return.

just use tab to swap back and forth between units you control much better then using control groups since its only one button and its big.

Stops being useful the moment you get a courier on your team

I demand an option to exclude couriers and wards and all that jazz that i don't want to mess with.

    Courier
    Ward of sight
    Ward of revelation
Eyes from keeper of the forest.
    Scouts wards

can't think of any other things that should be excluded.
