    Exclamation Cloak and Dagger

    Dancing blade (along with serpent band) is the only recipe item in the game that doesn't have at least two items it can become, so here's a shot at a new one.

    Recipe:
    ancingBlade:Dancing Blade (3300)
    +
    :AssassinShroud:Assassin Shroud (3300)
    =
    Cloak and dagger (6600)

    Passive:
    +30 Aglity
    +45 Damage
    +20 Attack Speed

    On activation:
    Mana Cost: 120
    Cooldown: 20 Seconds
    Applies Cloak and Dagger to self for 12 seconds.

    Cloak and Dagger
    Stealth Effects
    +25 movement speed
    Unit Walking
    If stealth is broken during an attack, the target takes 175 additional physical damage and has Hamstrung applied to them for 3 seconds.

    Hamstrung

    Movement speed slowed by 55% recovering in an exponential fashion over 3 seconds.

    OR

    Same item costs

    Passive:
    +30 Agility
    +25 damage
    +25 Attack Speed

    On Activation:
    Mana Cost: 200
    Cooldown: 25 Seconds
    Applies Mugged to you and target within 200 units.

    Mugged
    Both you and the target become invisible for 4 seconds, during which time only you and the target can see each other (unless stealth is removed in some fashion).
    The target has their movement slowed by 80%, recovering in a linear model over 4 seconds.
    +30 Attack Speed
    Attacks against the target have a 20% chance to Crit for 2.5x Base Damage.


    Utility: Turns the hero into something of an initiator by attempting to remove a hero from the fight early on, and can possibly give an escape mechanism if being chased by multiple heroes

    I dislike the second version immensely. Aside from the fact that it is incredibly too powerful, it also seems like it would be messy to implement.
    The first version actually seems pretty solid. I question how much HoN needs another end-game dps item, but Cloak and Dagger has nothing really wrong with it aside from that. I cast my vote that it's a good idea, provided you're talking about the first version.

    I like it, the first version is by far better than the later, but HON does not really need any of those items right now.
