Anyone else find it odd that there is no cooldown on wards? (It's basically like playing a map hack) I mean for a game that wants to thrive on competative play it can be pretty damn boring with the whole map warded and everyone playing chicken. Wards should have a global team cooldown like in dota, every 3 minutes or at least something to prevent mass spamming.

I think they should remove marchers from the game, people can spend 500 gold and get away from me, I mean wtf?
Definatly need a cd on this, when I play support it's not rare to find 10+ wards in my inventory, in the lategame ofc
Sentry Wards = Wards of Revelation
Observer Wards = Wards of Sight
Sentry Wards have no cooldown in DotA. Observer Wards have a buying cooldown in DotA.
Therefore, Wards of Revelation have no cooldown in DotA. Wards of Sight have a buying cooldown in DotA.
So in the end I changed the title to properly reflect this.

Cooldowns were introduced only recently AFAIK 6.59 or so? Still have no idea why you shouldn't be able to support your team by helping them avoid ganks.Yes, because being able to increase movement speed by 10% and remove collision for a few seconds is the same as being able to have constant vision all over the map.
Sentry Wards had a cooldown in DotA for a good reason.

They need a cooldown, especially if this game is ever going to be played competitively. Wards are essential in DotA competitive play and you had to be strategic about placing them because of the buying cooldown. Easily abusable imo.
