It's a little hard to do (well, the situation is rare), but it's possible to kill your teammate using her sleep spell. You get full gold for this, even if it's a first blood.

The killing part would be possible, but the FB gold wouldn't be.

Because they haven't coded in hero denying (at least, I can't attack my allies even if they are dieing 1% with a dot on them), they probably never made any code-relevant difference on who gets a kill.
I believe her sleep is the first spell in game that can damage an ally.
In any case, it was funny hearing FIRST BLOOD, and seeing that pink killed grey with assistance from blue and teal...

It's an excellent skill for preventing last hits, since it transfers before the attacker can even attack. Although if there's only one, it would be arguably better to just sleep the attacker...
Yeah, it not supposed to give you gold. The developers haven't added anything for denying allied heroes, so it treats it as a normal kill.

That's true, but by the time you'd ever use it on yourself or an ally, it would be leveled to 4, which even a starter hp regen item negates the degen

Same can be done with bloodhunter's silencing spell (forgot the name)
Streaks are also ended via ally denies, i lost my Champion of Newerth streak when a Pebbles chucked me into battle while i was on minimal hp, thus killing me and giving him a huge gold bonus in the process. It comes up saying Denied where the character dies (just like a creep deny does) and then it comes up as a hero kill in the dialogue X has just ended Ys Champion of Newerth streak for 875(???) gold
Bloodhunter can damage allies.

I forgot what hero the person was playing, but I've seen someone get first blood on themselves and it gave them gold for doing so.
I killed an ally with bloodhunters dot and it gave me gold. Nice! But he didn't like it :/
