Sounds to me like he was doing all the work, got those 8 deaths, said "eff you" to the team that wasn't helping and went free farming.
Just watch the replay.
First action was that I was chased and he walked by and didn't care. I managed to escape but anyway. Since then no one cared about him as he was farming woods and lanes alone all the time and didn't talk at all.
About 20 minutes later I let him die to 2 enemys and he asked "Swiftblade, why didn't you help me?".... BWAHAHA.

yeah I love playing lower level games and carrying/getting 1337 items with a non carry. That's probably what he was doing. Also maybe he didn't notice, the one time you needed help. Sometimes I don't react fast enough. Maybe he was high
