Target RI makes problem while DS or Blitz ingame (not sure who). While connecting to game "XXXXX unread bits" appears.

Just confirm, only found to have the error with TARGETRI.mod. Not sure what you need to fix it, but you can replicate it. It happens only when blitz hero is selected, after the hero selection and the game loads, you get a unread bit error with a four digit number. Ill update it but I want to say it changes but I could be wrong.
