frostwolf should be the same as skaadi?

anyone else thinks frostwolf should be the same as skaadi in the way that it is not an attack modifier for ranged heroes?

i've never seen anyone playing a proper game that would even consider getting frostwolf cause frostburn gets the job done plus more, and its also a lot more easier to get. making frostwolf pretty much a waste of space at the shop.

As i remember (might have changed not playing dota anymore)

->Skadii do not affect single target spell casting : Frostwolf does .
->I've saw plently of games where Frostwolf skull has been bought and was pretty usefull (saw it in tournament on Hon cast too)

Build frostburn asap, then late game break it and build frostwolf and geo.

No. FWS slows attack speed by a % instead of static, and slows also work better in HoN than dota. It has a better buildup (iirc) and works on single target spells.
