    [3] Deals 170 damage, 45% slow. Lasts 4 seconds.

    Skill Mechanics: Using his own life force, Scorcher surrounds his blade with flames, causing them to burn his enemies.

    [1] Deals 4 damage per second. Stackable(Indefinite). Slows 1% movement speed per stack(Max 5). Lasts 6 seconds.
    [2] Deals 8 damage per second. Stackable(Indefinite). Slows 1% movement speed per stack(Max 5). Lasts 6 seconds.
    [3] Deals 12 damage per second. Stackable(Indefinite). Slows 2% movement speed per stack(Max 5). Lasts 6 seconds.
    [4] Deals 16 damage per second. Stackable(Indefinite). Slows 2% movement speed per stack(Max 5). Lasts 6 seconds.

    Dual Strike

    Two is better than one.

    Skill Mechanics: Splits his blade in two, allowing him to attack twice.

    [3] 20% chance to attack twice, each attack deals 70% damage.
    [4] 25% chance to attack twice, each attack deals 75% damage.

    Fire Alchemy

    Your death makes me stronger.

    Skill Mechanics: By sacrificing a target unit, Scorcher gains bonus damage and HP capacity based on that target's current health when killed.

    [1] Gain 50% HP and 6% damage of the killed unit's HP. Lasts 35 seconds.
    [2] Gain 60% HP and 7% damage of the killed unit's HP. Lasts 35 seconds.
    [3] Gain 70% HP and 8% damage of the killed unit's HP. Lasts 35 seconds.

    Brilliant, a simple layout as well as concept - great job!

    But I have another idea that would definitely work with the given skills here:

    So exactly like Ursa's Fury Swipes - meaning, every it applied onto a target, INCLUDING attacks proc'ed by Dual Strike but, for every second the toggle is on, Hero Name loses x hp.

    Weak Spots

    Skill Mechanics: Once toggled, every hit applied to a target will receive a debuff ("Name of Debuff") which increases the heroes damage upon each stack. Stacks can be applied only through auto-attacks as well as attacks proc'ed by Dual Strike. Though for each second the toggle is activated, Hero Name loses x hp accordingly. Any attacks done on another target in which where there is a present target with the debuff "Name of Debuff", will remove the following stacks applied on that target, and start on the current target being attacked.

    With this, the ultimate is definitely needed as before, it seemed off against the other skills except a nice spell to help farm and push or just to simply refresh your health after some gank or w/e.

    I orginally intended for Dual Strike to be able to proc all skills not just his passive(crits, lightning, mana burn), maybe with like a one sec cd. Would that be fine or too op?

    I like your idea of having it be hp loss per sec, but I'm not too sure on changing it to ursa's passive. Having bonus physical dmg per stack feels like it might be too strong in combination with lifesteal and Dual Strike. Idk, what's your thoughts on that?
