    5 hp regen
    200% mana regen

    Passive: Can be switched on and off.

    Applies ''Poisoned'' with SOME single target spells at the cost of 100 extra mana to that spell.

    Poisoned effect:
    5 ticks of 20 magic damage = 100 magic damage & 15% slow for duration.


    Numbers can all be tweaked. Just look at the general idea. I doubt it would get overpowered since it's a effect, and those doesn't stack, and it has a mana cost.

    imo to orginal and takes away slow aspect of the game frome some unique heroes. imo no cuz it would been spammable very as by a support.

    imagine this on hag haha epic thou kinda op =)

    i rather that you added some blind 100% miss for 3 sec on target unit. and deals damage. than this to be useful against carries.

    So what your saying is lose the slow? And add your effect instead?

    Oh and hag only has 1 single target nuke. So it's only 200 dmg every 12 seconds. Doesn't seem OP to me.

    Usually stat-only items lose alot of their effectiveness late game, you might wana consider reworking the recipe for this. Also seems a bit weird having cheap-mid priced-uber expensive items all in one.

    It's also a late game item that provides mostly static damage, which ain't all that useful.

    Either way, I can only see it being useable on some heroes

    I'm definitely interested in this item. Who would you envision benefiting from it the most? Also, would it have a similar mechanic to frostwolf's skull where it would apply its effects when you use targetted spells?

    Well i would imagine ANY single target spell. There's a long ass list in Mechanics about which spells are single target. Let me get it.

    I'm not debating the power of the item, whether I agree with you or not, but simply comparing logic here.

    doesn't work well with the current coding of a lot of skills.
    Vindi ult for example, is a global single target spell. In fact all globals are afaik, at least tb ult is too, making those allready strong globals really too strong.
    It would either invoke a recoding or be op as it is now.

    edit: and don't forget low cd skills like arma snot. Snot slowing for additional 15% and dealing 200 dmg? O.o
    I fear this item is unbalancable. I'll not vote it down since I like the idea of buffing single target spells, I'm tired of the AOE or GTFO trend, but I don't think this is gonna work :>

    You are very true about vindi & tb. :O That would possibly be an balance issue. But i guess you change that with some balancing. And for the snot storm i guess you could do something about that by making the ticks less, and effect longer. So same damage, but over a longer time, since the effect doesn't stack it should work?

    I like the concept. It's something unique and something that you would expect an item would fill the skill (like codex = heavy nuke, frostfield = aoe slow, puzzlebox = summon, tablet of command = physical displacer, Poison staff = magic dot.)
    While I like the concept I really don't like the buildup. I think the added int/mana pool would be the right way to go but I don't like the sustainer+ogre axe combo. something like Great Arcana + Acolyte's staff + ??? would better suit my taste for this kind of concept (just a friendly suggestion.)

    Yeaah i do have to agree with some of you. There could be alot of balance issues, but that could be fixed with balancing. Maybe add a cooldown to the item, something?
