Problem while using skins

So just recently I downloaded new skins (damn people have talent), and it is all awesome and stuff. However, the first time at the picking screen the custom icons show and it makes me , but every game after that at the picking screen *some of* the custom icons are black, this makes me . I was wondering if other people had the same problem and what might the solution be, I uploaded an image just in case if you are unsure of what I am talking about.

yeh this happens to me aswell. although sometimes it does, other times it doesnt. im not sure how to fix it either.

Ok so I found a solution. To be honest I don't know why it works but it does! If you look at my screenshot I noticed that some custom icons stayed, and some disappeared, so I looked in the s2z files and looked for a pattern. it turns out that you have to create a folder (w/e you want; but i just named it "icons" like everyone else). Then you look in the "hero_entity" file (it can be opened as a text file) and look at the name of the icon, then move that file into the "icons" folder and then change the path of the icon in the hero_entity to include "icons/..." before the actual name of the icon. After that try to start 2 practice games, the icons should be there.

1.) Create a folder called "icons" on your desktop
2.) Open up the "hero_entity" text file
3.) Change the path of the icon to include "icons/..." before the icon name
4.) Move that icon to the desktop folder "icons"
5.) Add that icon to the archive.
6.) clean up as necessary

i ended up just changing all the icons in the hero.entity from whateveritscalledicon.tga back to icon.tga so all the icons are just the default ones.
