S2 Post In Popular Suggestion Threads!

This suggestion is simple. when a thread goes to popular a member of S2 should look at it, and post in the thread why, or why not, that specific suggestion would be implemented.

Its kind of disheartening to see so many good ideas in Popular Suggestions, with so little response, or implementation.


S2 should start with the threads that have the most Yes votes, then work the way down, so the better ideas are being responded to first.

S2 have posted on threads in popular, just because they aren't posting on every single thread doesn't mean they don't look at the threads.

That's not why we think they don't look at the threads.
It's more due to the fact that some of this changes are so astoundingly obvious and need to be put in. That if these changes were posted in GD, they would be put in. I have seen more suggestions but in on a whim from a post in GD than I have from the Suggestions forum. I have seen more posts from S2 members about suggestions in GD, than I have in the Suggestions forum. In the first 3 pages of the Popular Misc, there is only ONE thread that has a staff response. And this was from long ago.

Alas, one can only dream.

yea.. im with you. i have a suggestion in popular that is PAINFULLY obvious that it should be implemented. the time to implement it would probably take them MAYBE 10 minutes its that simple. it has 120+ votes for yes, and 2 trolls voted no ( because there is LITERALLY NO DOWNSIDE to it ). it sucks to see so many good suggestions sitting in dust. its like popular misc forum means nothing, like putting all of our efforts into making a better game go to waste.

Would like some comments from S2 like "that cannot be implemented due to ...."
or "this has the potential to be in game because .....". Because after all, ideas there might be balanced or voted to be balanced, but in the end S2 is the final judge.

Aye. And yet S2 members don't really have a commanding voice in the actual dates and times of something being implemented

I kinda would like at least a short feedback comment if threads make it to popular. It's almost like Dream, where very very few of the ideas actually get put in (I do realize S2 has their own really cool concepts they want to put in too, and that Dream involves more balancing issues per se than the average misc. suggestion). However, people overall love seeing community contributions becoming implemented. When the players can get a piece that they worked on into the game, and one that holds a large amount of popularity, it should be a show of faith from S2 towards the customers to show that there is reasoning behind whether ideas get implemented, and if they will, what time frame could be guesstimated (i.e. This could be implemented possibly in the next four weeks because *reasons*). I do also realize that there are a lot of other things that are already taking your resources, but all we really need for the time being is a nice little "Hello, we are considering your effort". I'm sure that to many, it appears as if the most the mods and staff are really doing on this forum section is scanning for the things that are in the generic mod job description, such as looking for rule infractions. I realize you guys read them only because I see how much people such as Vahn and Elementuser are in the thread, but you guys are still mostly in sections outside of this particular one. We only ask for a minute here and there from just one of you to let us know that these ideas are really appreciated. Thank you for your time
