Post Hasted creeps do not move after being teleported to.
I think they should move after being teleported to. (Following the normal path they would take).
It's a game flaw from wc3 engine.
In Wc3 computer units had to be manually scripted to move and attack certain units via triggers and scripts. Teleport paused the units and broke that command chain.
A few perspectives to take on.
Balancing perspective - Little to none, doesn't really imbalance anything here.
Aesthetics - Improves a lot, it makes sense that creeps order to fight should continue fighting once they've finished been used as a Teleport post. It makes no sense and is unintuitive to just leave a unit stranded doing nothing because it's been teleported to.
Flavor Perspective from creeps -
You've been ordered to fight the Hellbourne/Legion such that you'll run into towers and die to just take down the throne, why does a measly teleport excuse you to continue the battle? That's weak!
That's about it.
they don't get locked in HoN, lol. They stop moving while you teleport to them, then after you've teleported they keep going. They've never locked up - not even in the first day of closed beta.
