Item Properties/Attributes:
+125% mana regeneration
+300 mana
total cost: 2100 (1000+875+225)

Item ingredients:
- mana tube
- pickled brain
- recipe

Goal of the item
This item will be the mana equivalent of the 'helm of the black legion'.
It may not be a bad idea to make it merge up with this 'sister item', but that's not really important.

The idea is that this item is perfect for classes who have healing spells or are spell dependant.
Rather than having to buy a sacrificial stone or incredibly expensive Intelligence boosting items, the hero will be able to have an effective, reasonably cheap method of making sure they have enough mana.

Perfect for classes such as Demented Shaman, Nymphora, and any other healer/spell dependant class.

It needs to add something else imo....2.1k gold for a item which has 0 survivability increase and would only last until about 20-30 min. Use the merge idea with helm of the black legion, but then again that might just end up to be a Sac stone alternation. Maybe add level 1 of electricians mana shield on it.

Possible idea: Have it change some damage received into mana, say 15%.

I like the ability to toggle on the electrician's shield for a short period of time.
Maybe making it add damage/attack speed would be useful?

Stormspirit is a much better item with overall greater benefits and pretty decent passive/active effects to boot.

Why not get rid of the recipe, add a stout shield, and have the block chance of the helm, but mana regen for the heroes. That way it has a little survivability in there.

nice try but i dunno seems pretty useless.

only int heroes would get this item early game cas the +125% mana regen means nothing to a str hero ie behemoth or jerizah without base mana.
so really its like half making a bloodstone thats useless. a better hting to do for an int hero would be to buy mana tube + life tube + pickled brain for like 600 extra
