Bottle gives a very good regen, also you can full your bottle with Runes. You'll have bonus and you won't need to back regen.

I choose wingbow for the Evasion stat. This will let you down tower alone and it will significaly reduce direct damage (scout, etc...) on you.

Np might. But i disagree. Bottle is excellent when you go for (bot/top ) runes. I forgot to mention that bottle must be couple with a monkey to get as quick as possible stage 2 items. Else the Normal Lane build must be choosed
For last hitting => down creeps to 75% and use the call. Better than auto-attack (+ the opponnent will not be able to deny).

Also... first better to to geo and i you want an Icebrand then... buy it to stage 5.
