So I was thinking about a new game mode/Map.
It could be awesome to have a free for all map.
The idea is that you have multiple bases depending on how many people are playing the free for all map. It must be an even number so e.g 6, 8, 10 players.
All the bases are on opposite sides of the map. Each base has only the "mid" Towers so (2) and ofc the 2 last defense towers protecting the base. Each Base also has two Racks (melee and range as common). The purpose is to be the last man standing so defeating the opponents players.
As concerned of the creeps, they will follow a straight line into the middle of the map heading towards the opposite direction of the enemy base (so always travelling in a straight line). All the creepswill clash in the middle giving oppertunity for heroes to meet there and battle.
There will be no option to engage a truce with another player. Ofc it does lack the potential to prevent people teaming up on other heroes, but this is a strategy aspect to the game.
Heroes will stay the same, and modes will include all (so normal, easy mode, banning pick). If the mode is set to banning pick, then each player gets to ban one hero only. This mode would be most beneficial in order to take out heroes such as Soulstealer with huge farm potential in this map.
I imagine the alyout in the sort of style of a watchtower map where the lanes are straight(semi at least) making each path the exact same distance(so hence the map would be round instead of a square).
There will be forests to juke in and hide to set up a counter push for example.
I would love to see some feedback on this, so hence please vote in the poll.
This could turn out to be a fairly cool map. If you have any suggestions please post them

It would be reallly interesting if it got 10 bases, but 2 teams. Each 5 minutes (or when one of the bases is destroyed) all alive players randomly change team so that team player count would be the same (or +-1).
So it will save teamplay, but u never know who'll be your mate and who'll be your after some time ))
So if normally all must get +-5 psr for a game:
1st lost gets -5 psr;
3rd -3 psr
4 -2 psr
5 -1 psr
6 1 psr
7 2 psr
8 3 psr
9 4 psr
10 5 psr

I also really like your idea about the two teams with switching players randomly around. Why don't you suggest that team/random mode. Cause this is a free-for-all map

This game needs less modes that let people increase their PSR... This is ridiculous since about 90% of the heroes would be rendered useless in this mode and certain heroes would obviously just win... If you allowed BD it would literally just come down to who had the first hero choice.
Hmmm...Castle fight in my HoN? No ty. Servers are overloaded with 10 players hsaring 2 bases, i cant imagine what horrors would happen if they had to receive action on 10 lanes and 10 creeps waves. Graphical requirements rise raping your FPS. Also creeps meet in the center? That is like 50 creeps. Behemoth. Game crash.Nine players dead. LoL sry. Voted no.
Plus wouldn't it be funny to have this game mode though? Afterall, these games are created for entertainement.
And all heroes would be a viable option in this game. For example plague rider could wreck with his ulti, so could magmus and all of the other heroes with an AOE Ulti (Glacius, Keeper of the forest etc. etc.). Squishy heroes like thunderbringer and tempest would also have a great potential due to there high farming potential in early game in order to get a good start out of it. And behemoth for that sake wouldn't be overpowered as he is highly dependent on teamplayers later on, but still with the capeability to get hero kills and push towers.
I can't see any hero who would suffer in this game mode except for maybe Chronos, Sand Wriath and The dark lady due to their poor early game potential.
This game mode would also bring forward many heroes who aren't played at a highly competitive stage giving a higher variance.
@Kusariyaro: Why would the graphical requirements rise? (I am just asking because I have no clue about such details :S)
I would also say that you could limit the lag by a great amount if you reduce the creep wave sizes lets say it starts with 1 melee and 1 range then 2 melee and 1 ranged--> 1/1 2/1 3/1 4/2 5/2 6/3 and so on. At the end it would balance out as players would be eliminated the later the game gets. This way you would still have the potential creep farm and you would prevent the lag.
It is all just about trying to balance all of the different aspects of the game mode.
