Haegemonia, real 3D, game length kinda like Empire Earth. (But a better campaign.)

played it before, wasn't great.
If you think Haegemonia wasn't awesome, you won't find a good space RTS :|
Are you talking about a space trading game like Freelancer? Or a civ type of game with tradeing?
Thanks Vahn
a space construction game, sim city for example or settlers.

checked the game out, boring after 10 minutes.
ill probably just play sins
If you like sins then I recommend Homeworld if you haven't played it yet. You most likely have as it is practically core to the space rts genre, but just mentioning it incase.
Could also try Sword of the Stars, that can be quite fun. Lots of focus on empire growth. Plus you get to customise your own ships.
Sins of a solar empire is the best I can think of. Star wars empire at war is okay but not much of a simulator.
Paradox interactive games are IMO the best simulators (Hearts of Iron, Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings, etc.) but they aren't IN SPAACCEEE.
I'll never forget what I felt that day...
I, want to be a Hero of Justice!
Starcraft 2? lol i guess thats more war oriented and not economic.
sc2 isn't even constructional/economical based.
its an rts.
so what is an eco game, more like civ?
a economical game would be rollercoaster tycoon or similar. just spending having a budge etc.
