Fayde Reflection gives Illusion

I really want to see Fayde get an illusion to go with her ultimate, Reflection. The qq about her was how she can stay in the lane so well and that she nukes so hard. In recent nerfs both of these were addressed. Her illusion was never an issue for ppl, yet it was removed.

These changes all came from a patch that was never tested in the beta client. Fayde went from an always banned hero to a never picked. How pathetic is that? Having an illusion really added to the fun creativity of this hero. Pls add it back.

Fayde is number one on my most played heroes, 24% i believe, out of over 300 games. I've been playing since early Beta.

Imagine how sad i was, when my absolute favorite hero lost the most unique thing about her.


There really was no reason to remove the illusion.

It wasn't overpowered: when fayde went invisible with her illusion it used to make a very audible sound. if you were paying attention it was just as obvious if she ulted when you had sight of her.

I can't think of any reason why it was taken out. If it was to make the character more like NA...well, this isn't DotA 2. We don't have to have or really want exact ports. If I wanted to play NA I'd play DotA. But I don't want to play DotA, I prefer HoN.


Fayde's stealth was set apart because it had more of a feeling of distracting your opponent with the illusion while 'stepping through the shadows' (which is literally in the darn skill description) to get to them. Now it just feels like boring old regular stealth, that i can get from scout or madman.

She doesn't feel more or less powerful now, just far less interesting.

Please S2! Please restore the fun of my favorite character. It was such a great ability design, why remove it?

I whole heartedly agree. She received so many nerfs to the point she is now neither banned or picked in most games! And patch after patch has come and she gets no love.

I really don't think we are asking for much here at all. Just an option to be creative with her ult.

We need more ms with her earlier ultimates and that's it.

Maybe 20% for all levels or maybe 20% / 25% / 30%. Other than that, she is fine.

I dunno, the duration and ms on her ult isn't too bad. In fact i think increased ms would make her more buff than if u just raised the early lvl durations.

Increased ms would mean she can cover more distance in a shorter time. While a duration increased would allow her to cover more distance but its balanced by her not farming or gaining exp during that time. imo.

After looking at the rework I was sad. I still firmly believe she needs her illusion back.
