Chronos' ability Curse of Ages states in the tool-tip that the stun duration is .25/.5/.75/1, however in version 1.0.5 this was changed to be 1 at all levels. I've tested and this seems to be the case so I believe it's a tooltip typo.
Yeah code files say it's 1 second
