Was thinking of a new ranged hero; female, agility, weapon: Marksman's bow

First skill idea:
Barbed arrows: (bleeding damage over time, stacks up to 5 times) - similar to huskar from dota's burning spear.)

Second skill idea:
Flare arrow: (fires the arrow at long/or short distances, which produces a flare in the sky, revealing invisible units/increases LOS, also enemies in the AOE suffer a reduced chance to hit [small amount, was thinking along the lines of; 10%,14%,18%,22% etc] "blinded" xD

Third skill idea:
Concusion arrow: Same as priestess of the moon's stun arrow from DotA

Ulti:
Focus fire: Same as Windrunner's ulti from DotA.

Would still need to work on the finer details, suggestions/ideas would be very welcome ^_^

It is very generic, boring, and the TS arrow would be extremely OP and ruin the interesting flavor that invisibility brings to the game.

lol, this was waybefore i knew potm was being ported, so this is basically useless... :P
how would a truesight arrow be OP?
Its like a ward that lasts for the same time as dust? so its short duration + you can't move it? O_o
don't see a problem with it, its just... yeah

If you're going to make a suggestion, I suggest you put some effort into it. You'll notice all my suggestion topics (Links in signature.) are properly organized and color coded. No matter how good or bad your suggestion may be, it isn't going to get much attention if you don't do it properly.
