around 14:00 in, Replay Time. Look at the top lane with Pharaoh.
as you can see here, the grapple sorta broke when it hit the wall and got stuck in the ground. I kept getting vision of there pretty much all game and I was not able to use my grapple or my ult once this glitch occurred. Only after I died did I regain the ability to use those spells again.
Not sure if this is known already, I looked around and saw no mention so sorry if this is a repost.
