Revert hero selection timer to 2 minutes on SD

1 minute is too low.
You don't even have time to arrange the swaps.
Since the latest patch most of the games i played are worse cause of bad picks.

Revert back to 2 mins. It doesn't have a downside for you but it destroy the game for the pubbers like me.
