Cold Shoulder isn't working properly. Can't really be specific, but the spell as a whole is broken in the area of proccing the speed buff and maintaining it.
Errors include.
11097199
1. Attacking a unit as long as u have the Cold Shoulder buff refreshes it, not just the debuffed unit.
2. The Cold Shoulder buff doesn't dissipate sometimes.
3. Bug 2 loops to Bug 1, thus causing you to be able to maintain a Cold Shoulder buff longer than it should last.
4. Sometimes the Cold Shoulder buff doesn't dissipate and lasts forever, the duration doesn't refresh and you can attack anything with the buff.
This was just a test with Tundra. I havn't tested other heroes with it.
