If you use corrupted conduit on one of the illusions from sand wraiths ultimate and sand wraith transfers to that illusion, Corrupted disciple will get 10 charges for as long as he lives.
Working as intended.
Mind postin' a Timestamp and MatchID?
Cause, really now, this don't seem that all intended to me.
Edit: I'm assuming it's this game: Match 10876362 for any of you folks out there with shitloads of free time.

No need for a timestamp or ID, as this bug is easy to recreate with the practice mode.
For those who wishes to try this out, here's a small guide:
1. Make a game on a practice server
2. Pick CD and create a SW using the spawner and max their level.
3. Press R with SW, then press W with CD on the illusion, then press R again with SW on said illusion.
4. ???
5. Profit
