How to upload replays to ____

Preparing and uploading replays for streaming

Want to show off your sweet annihilation? Excellent juke? Pro skillshot? If you wish to share a shining moment in one of your replays it's best to put it on a media site (preferably YouTube) as viewers will be more inclined to click a link rather than opening up HoN, downloading a replay and skipping to that portion of the game.

To start you'll need to have your replay and be at the area which you want to record. You'll need a program such as FRAPS, GameCam or whatever else has come to suit your needs.

Record, try to save as a .MOV, .AVI, .MPG (formats for YouTube) and trim as necessary. You can run your recording through an editing program to add an intro, music, effects as long as they don't obstruct or overshadow what your main presentation is; something as simple as Windows Movie Maker will even work. Be sure to research how to upload videos in HD to whatever media site for easier viewing.

Some things to note are that 'Backslash (\)' will rotate your camera's orientation in replays which can create some interesting or abstract shots (Backspace to reset (Back)), try to be smooth doing so as jerky movements don't look good on camera. 'Quote (')' will toggle unit panels which eliminates some on screen clutter. Remember to show all of the action as zooming in on one thing for focus can eliminate other important aspects of your clip. Keep in mind these are only the default keybinds for those actions.

Render, upload and share with the masses!

If you are on a Mac (since FRAPS doesnt work for Mac), there is a relatively simple solution to record videos from your screen:

    1. Open QuickTime and select New Screen Recording from the menu up top.
    2. Record your video from the HoN replay feature and save the file somewhere.
    3. Open iMovie and import your video.
    4. Edit the movie (add sound files, trim clips etc.)
    5. When you're done, you can directly upload your movie to YouTube.com from iMovie in the top menu!
    6. ???
    7. Have fun!

    Uploading terms.

Since the first pages on google, and no videos say me if i can officially upload HoN videos on youtube.
I'll just skip the hard reading part, and ask here.
Is it allowed to capture gameplay with a screen capture programm, edit it, and upload to youtube, will no one start to complain about copyrights or anything else?
Would be nice if admin from HoN could answer here.

Recording with free fraps and having trouble with it

So since I didn't buy fraps, I have a 30 sec limit about recording videos, and when I try to combine them with Windows movie maker, it starts to get slower, the video also spikes when I play it on WLMM(Doesnt stick on windows media player)

So my question is, Am I doing something wrong while recording? I believe it is that, because everytime I join the 3 videos I want, problems start to happen

And you upload your concast top 10 weekly on the website, then scroll over to "Features" and top 10
