Sorry this should be supposed to work but for some odd reason modmanager can't handle € symbol (can't handle £, too). That's really weird.
You can replace $ with a word but some symbols are not supported i guess.

HoN doesnt support ascii control characters :/
I believe the intention to use "€" or "£" could quite easily be achieved instead just using a texture still, if HoN doesn't support the ASCII control characters.
Does this mod show when a teamate and or an opponent lands a last hit for $, like you can see in replays? Or is it only for yourself?
