Where is soulstealer nerf?
Arachna, fa and sr got nerfed, what about SS?
Loving all the agi carry nerfs.
Nymph getting a HUGE buff. She now has immense nuke potential. Her mana regen skill is going to go un-leveled from now on sadly. Nymph mid looking much better now too.
Vindicator changes are strange. Might see him in trilane strats with 2 stunners and just feed him kills.
Soul reaper is a very sad bug. 2 str to 1.7 seems very unnecessary.

Pretty sure the changes S2 made to Vindi's Sage's Lore were nerfs. Anyone complaining isn't even thinking about them. If you look at the values...
20/10 = 100/50
30/15 = 180/90
40/20 = 280/140
50/25 = 400/200
14/7 = 98/49
26/13 = 182/91
40/20 = 280/140
57/28.5 = 399/199.5
You'll notice that virtually all of the values are the same. However why increase the duration early-game? To be less annoying for those people that try to cast a spell but have already lost too much mana to begin with. Although you could say that his level 4 Sage's Lore is buffed. Couple that with an increased mana cost and cooldown, it's a nerf.
Devourer changes are great..
but his "growing" animation is choppy... looks bad..
I want to see Devourer play now.
Hopefully my lovely character Arachna is still playable

Every single change was needed, and just. My personal congrats for making more then 1/4 of the hero pool viable, this was a serious step in the right direction. Good to know the community's money is really going to good use. Now, if only we had pugna = ).
Also, one thing i noted which made me very happy in my pants is
- Turret can hit 10 times, I love spells with high damage potential!
