Agility based hero
Capitalism (passive) - The rollbacker causes health degeneration of any heroes with less money than him in a 2000yrd radius.
Corporate staredown - The rollbacker launches his team of lawyers at an opponent, temporarily trapping them for 2 seconds and destroying 50% of their gold. Hero takes 1 damage for every piece of gold destroyed.
Greeter(passive) - A 65 year old man that follows the rollbacker. Greeter temporarily stuns all opponents he attacks. Damage: 25/50/75 stuns for 1 seconds. Greeter may attack every 10/9/8/7 seconds.
Rollbacks - All heroes in a 800 yard radius are temporarily rolled back 2 levels. Effect lasts 5/6/7/8 seconds.

It's made to give S2 some ideas for future skills and abilities.
Right now there are no heroes that make use of gold as a variable for their spells, and its a total waste not to.
S2 new item: PriceChecker: See the amount of gold opposing heroes have (call it whatever you want).
