I've been told by two people whilst they were spectating a game that tundra's coldbloodded has a tooltip saying it stuns or somthing similar or does extra damage, don't renember exactly have yet to confirm this ?
I know this a bug tooltip if this the case :P
It's not restricted to just this, it happens to any tooltip if you mouse over different skill tooltips in the same skillslot (from different heroes)
