This looks pretty old so I bet all the mods are outdated and not working properly, but two of them are, MiniUI, Bard Unit Frames.Can some1 Please Tell me what Mods are used in this UI?
the only mod that I rly want is the thing next to the mini map

Oh man those were the days... I missed these mods very much so. That's actually my UI from about a year and half ago and its BARTER UI and MINI UI that's the majority, although BARD UI is running with about 90% functionality disabled.
Shame how every single one of these mods have lost official support. =(

though the Mod is from April and since February I haven't been able to remove
those black backgrounds otherwise It'd look even better
