Having trouble getting started? The Training Grounds and Project Epoch can help!
I am of the firm opinion that subtracting "raging stupidity" from anyone's voice can only cause them to sound more like myself.
Also attack modifier applies on swiftblades ulti?
Any other heroes than panda and him?
The attack modifiers do not proc on any of the 3/5/8 swift slashes, but if your attack speed is high enough you can attack between the slashes. These attacks are standard physical attacks and will proc modifiers like runed axe cleave, frostwolf slow, shieldbreaker -armour, riftshards crit... etc.

Start a practice game, then buy 4 minor totems, a warhammer, mystic vestments, and a courier. You should be left with 603g exactly
Is there a way to bind hotkeys wich go like "shift + e" or "ctrl + a" ?
Uhm yeah a question, probably asked everytime when a new hero comes out, what items should I buy on Sniper?
You don't.

How do you counter Flint? Atm whenever he's on one team I see him face roll through the laning phase with his range and just dominate the rest of the game, is he IMBA atm or is it just like any new hero to HoN and no one knows how to counter them for a little bit?
Flint is currently imbalanced IMO, and will probably be toned down later. However, there are a few ways to deal with him to this day. Should Flint be in the midlane, the direct counter would be heroes with strong nukes and lane control such as thunderbringer, corrupted dis, pyromancer etc. Should Flint be in a sidelane, simply have an aggressive hero combos, pyro mag, witchslayer glad, etc. etc.
Just keep in mind that Flint has a pathetic hp pool and no escape mechanism early on.
Doctor Repulsor is an exceptional counter to Flint. Lot of burst damage, a solid disable, and an invulnerability charge to avoid the ultimate. Keep in mind that Doctor Repulsor's ultimate isn't even a disjoint, it just flat out makes him invulnerable to the spell. This means even spells which would track Magebane won't hit DRep.
I personally feel Doctor Repulsor is the strongest counter, but Flint honestly is really easy to counter.

Flint is easy to counter, people just havnt yet realized that they cant let him farm, and then stand in front of him right-clicking him. I had excellent results last night with a portal-key hammerstorm. Flint cant really do anything against a combo that can kill him in four seconds.
Just pretend the sniper is a soulstealer. How would you kill a soustealer? You wont just run up and attack him because he'll nuke the crap out of you. You kill him with harass and burst damage. You dont just let him CS, you beat on him while his damage is low and you have an advantage. If he gets farmed up, you're going to be in trouble unless you have a bigger/better carry.
Call for a single gank in the first 4 levels if hes solo mid. Disrupting his farm with a single death is pretty devastating.
Also, I know a fair few people disagree with me, but I think flint is one of the worst carrys in the game. Even if he goes assassins, thats like 4k for an item which really doesn't give you much DPS and gives you a pretty easily counterable escape. If he doesnt go assassins, hes a hero with a bad HP pool, an RNG based ministun(and hence, unreliable), and no escape mechanism. Probably the easiest carry in the game to single out. Even arachna has an ability which gets out of SOME disables.
Attack Speed and Damage
When is one better than the other? I always see it like this: either I could hit once per second with 100 damage or twice per second with 50 damage. Either way I'm doing 100 damage.
Depends on the hero.
Look at the reason why your hero is a carry. Is he a carry with an RNG based skill, or a skill that is based on the amount of attacks he does but NOT reliant on the amount of damage he does, i.e. chronos bash, flint beastwood ministun, etc. Get attack speed.
Or is he a carry with a skill or ability based on his attack damage in some way, i.e. dark lady's tainted blades(debatable, but with the charging strikes + diminishing returns on attack speed I'd say DPS works better) nighthound's backstab, madman's critical strike, etc. Get damage.
Also probably a good thing to note: there are items which can change the dynamics of the hero. Getting Savage mace on arachna/forsaken etc. means you probably want to be focusing on attack speed afterwards as it can substitute for a skill with RNG based scalability.
Ditto for riftshards on the other end of the spectrum.
