I was just in a game where i crashed as the count down timer to go to hero select started and when i got back in game it gave me no option to get in the game so i figured it hadn't started. I closed my game and re-opened it to make sure and again no option to reconnect. Then people started whispering me about where I was who I assume were my teammates in that game. So basically if you crash when the countdown timer in the lobby starts it doesn't come up with an option to reconnect?
Yeah it's a known issue :/
