So kirby, why exactly are TRLL members still posting in our forums? Don't you guys usually hand out infractions, maybe a few bans?
keakea beat an already dead horse(i admit though, he is an idiot). OT is dead and has been ever since mali and coolmans stopped trolling 24/7 and that was a loonnggg time ago. balphs belly and the other sub forum were a sad attempt to organize and get things going again. hell, if anything, made it worse by splitting up traffic.
but kirby, no disrespect to you. aka dont ban me. you still need to teach me how to play Starcraft 2

^ its ironic though. this is a well populated game for its kind, and (inb4 WoWfag) i used to troll the WoW OT forums for years-- and the same thing happens. you go through periods where its really sex, and then it fails. the past few years its been completely idiotic over there, but i remember when it was really fun.
i think we're just lucky to have had a good period with the small amount of people we had posting. maybe some new posters will show up, maybe some old ones. but as far as posting goes now- no one is, quite frankly, being nice or posting good quality stuff (its all one lines of circle jerk, or something of that nature). and so that kills the attitude of the forum.

I really enjoy forums that are a bit more intelligent in their humor. Most people here are complete idiots who post trash. There's only a few posters I genuinely enjoy reading the posts of.

The real problem I can see though, is that all of the old off topic people have just let coolmans and ilk run around and create the excitement, while we stood back and enjoyed it. Now that they are gone, no one wants to pick u the slack. New people are shut down almost instantly as having no valid opinion, and now a restless cycle is going to just keep going.
I agree. But it's not easy to have coolmans suave and witso even people who did want to try and fire up the old grill, probably would have a hard time of doing it.
but that's what it was in the first place, though. i apologize for being confusing.
it wasn't just coolmans and maliken. there was narfle, (oh lord i cant remember anyone else)- it was a collaboration of people who made the OT.
yes, don't worry, I remember the old OT, a real grouping of memorable people, splashed with notable people who did notable things. each person was remembered for different aspects, and were the leaders of OT. What I am saying, however, is can we make another one? Do we have enough people lying around with enough interesting aspects to revitalize OT to at least an acceptable level of activity, instead of a troll-infested hellhole where good threads go to die?
