deflects a voluntary magic attack by setting a blossom rain above a tree or a hero,
it hits the first target near the selected tree or hero or the hero itself and does x-damage
+80 extra damage.after 30 seconds (non-attack) the target hero will get the buff "cherry kiss"

On-use - range ???,mana ???
cooldown: 50 seconds
deflects a voluntary magic attack "x"damage
and does +80 extra damage (within 30 seconds). or adds cherry kiss to
chosen target.

Deflecting in any way whatsoever is always way too overpowered for this game, so sorry it wont work.

Example: Deflect Pyromancer's Ultimate = Free Kill? lol no thx.
