Unresponsive Controls

Brief Description:
All keyboard controls stop responding, can move mouse around the map and click but character just either stands there or runs back to base(if move back to base on disc. is on). Everyone else moves freely with no apparent lag, my hero is not frozen just in his idle stance(and auto attacks creeps if they come in distance), but i have NO control whatsoever. Also cant control bird or monkey etc.

How to Replicate:
happened to me first time yesterday, dont know if its related to the patch or not, or if its related to internet connection, or computer problems. I have a Dell Inspiron 1520, has worked fine until now. Last few matches show this happening periodically, just watch me, theres a few times i run back towards base at very stupid times/killing creeps in a team battle.

If you look my name up in HoN "TaterTwats" it was the last 3-4 matches i was having extreme issues especially with and , happened every 3-10 min. it seemed. not at my laptop now so cant look them up specifically. Will do when I get home.

note: i realize this isn't character specific but i was playing these heroes at the time.

I get this when my internet flashes in and out. Might it be your internet?

Its possible, i am on a wireless network. But it has never responded this way, ussually it will just kick me out of the game all together. It seems i still have a connection though because i can see everything that is going on. Players arnt lagging or anything. Even at the moment i gain controls back it doesnt lag it just starts working after say 6-7 seconds of being idle.

I've had this happen and i've tracked it down to my internet that is going remarkably slow when it happens.
