Confirmed, your hero freezes for a few moments if you hold down a spell that doesn't double-activate (ie, the function is fine for Nymphora's Grace of the Nymph, but if you hold down Pod or Zeal for a while, you won't be able to move - the longer you hold them down, the longer you'll be unable to move)

example, pick polly, hit WEWEWEWEWEWE while spamming right click and watch ur hero stutter like he's having a seizure

This will also cancel tp's, like how does a shithead bug like this even happen? why would hitting WEWE without actually casting anything cancel my ****ing tp how dumb is that.
Yeah it has something to do with the double-click feature.
