DW is not properly affected by slow effects.

    Match id 3462613

00:49:08. Watch as predator attacks DW. His movement speed is 403 and predator's is 410, yet predator runs slower. When predator leaps, there is no slow effect applied to DW either. Predator also has frostburns, but the effects doesn't work

    The math:
Predators base walk speed is 300
    steamboots +60
    Frostburns gives +14% extra speed

Deadwoods base walk speed is 300
    steamboots +60
Treecutting with 4 charges gives +12% extra speed
Predators leap effect gives -40% walk speed
    Frostburns effect -15% walk speed.

All in all DW should be a slow moving target, yet predator can't keep up.

I just noticed DW's slow resistance. With 4 charges it's 100% (i guess it means that even though he is slowed by 235%, he is immune to it and runs normally). But even though he can't be slowed, he should still run slower in this case.

7 units/second is not that much faster.

At that point, Predator had a total attack speed of 251, or an IAS of 151.

Using the formula from the Mech FAQ and Predator's attack point of 0.39 and attack backswing of 0.45:

Damage Point, BAT and Attack Backswing: Time interval = X / (1 + IAS) ,

where "X" is "Damage Point", "BAT" or "Attack Backswing" and "Time interval" is the new value of the inserted variable "X" after factoring in IAS.
    Predator's adjusted attack point is T_1 = 0.39/(1 + 1.51) = ~0.155 and adjusted attack backswing is T_2 = 0.45/(1 + 1.51) = ~0.179

Adding these 2 together, we get a total of 0.334 seconds for 1 attack animation to fully complete since you didn't bother to animation cancel your attacks.

This means that when you attack Deadwood, you're basically giving him 0.334s*403 units/s = ~134.6 unit lead.

After 1 attack & assuming you 2 run in straight lines & keep that movespeed & their properties infinitely, it would take (134.6-24)/7 = ~15.8 seconds to actually attack Deadwood is each time you attack. The -24 comes from the hero's bounding radius; the math is slightly off overall, but the approximation is good enough & I'm only trying to prove a point to you.

TL;DR, not a bug and you should learn to animation cancel.
