i dont know if its a bug... but... when deadwood uses ultimate against an enemie... he gains a new stats (-17 str, 35% slow ) ... but when that stat is over... the enemie (not deadwood) gains 200 hp more or less...
is this a bug?
The state applied to the enemy reduces their strength by a set amount for a limited time. After the state expires, they will regain the strength lost. Due to the behaviour of stats being removed & added in a certain timeframe, the HP gained/lost is adjusted as a percent, not absolute values.
