Concept : I really enjoy the current rendition of healing items in hon, but I think that a gap is missing for healing in items. We've got an aoe heal (astrolabe) but nothing that heals directly for a decent amount a burst heal on a long cooldown is the concept, it's single target. The way to think about it is, what happens if your codex healed instead of doing damage, so I came up with a counterpart of the codex but it's more teamplay orientated and includes the shield of the five a very underused item beside for astrolobe. The theme of the shield absolution is a forgiveness for mistakes ie : taking damage, so that's where the idea of the name dervied from.
It's a support item designed to counter high burst damage but still be useful in aoe group fights with a lengthy cooldown you'll definitely need to be careful on who you heal. Used poorly it won't be very useful but a well timed heal could net your team some kills. You might use to early before a fight buffing everyone just before everyone goes in for the magic armor buff against a heavy magic aoe team, or save it and risk people taking massive damage before you use it. I definitely think it has great team application.

I messed around with some pictures, of what the animation may look like. I'm not great at photoshop or anything, but here is the idea of a tweaked codex beam. Note : Obviously it wouldn't be killing things, but just imagine it hitting an ally
Please remember, don't vote on numbers vote on the concept Hoping to get some feedback.
Looks good, buff to armour is a nice bonus, lets a tank go in, take some initial damage, so people will be less afraid to initiate if you're backing them up with this.
@fireslide that's half the plan, it's great to use on tanks, it's great on turning the tides if someone has initiated too early or they've caught someone out of position. It has a lot of uses within a team situation.
I wish Anomalee & nollek who voted no even left a message why they did so, would've liked to get some feedback from them!
