I'm usually very patient. But when 2 different support members can't read, I'm wondering if the interview process should be a little more difficult.
I have no follow function, the addition of Smackdown was a joke, I know I won't get it - doesn't hurt to ask.
And just to repeat so the next Support person can read the core of this thread and not just the smackdown stuff:

UI mods can disable parts of the UI inadvertently. BTW, having a gold shield doesn't make the person a part of S2 support.
Have the same issue as the OP. Also know another person who has the issue. I think it could be due to a mod though, OP do you use any mods? If so which?

I have the same problem. Me and my friend both played beta, bought the game at the same time, have the same mods, and he has follow function and I don't. Any solutions?
