What if you could check hero guides in-game?
Let's say HoN website has a place where users can submit guides which are accepted via approval (by community members) or via voting.
Then in-game, via the CC panel, you could check those guides for the Hero you control.
in another dota type game which may or may not be in a closed beta there is a list of suggested items for each hero built in to the game for new players - might be helpful
