The wards last 10 seconds and during that time all of your allies (heroes only) who are in the ward get the bonus. If they leave the ward they lose the bonus, but they can re-enter and regain the bonus

Goal of the item (optional, but preferred):
* The idea is that teams which are lacking in certain aspects can buy the wards and use them to regain some advantage during a team fight. If your team is lacking a tank and the other team is attack heavy, you might choose the dodge ward, if the other team is mana heavy, you might choose the magic resistance, or if the other team is stun heavy, the stun resistance.
u forget 1 thing. The winning team can buy it too, and they can buy way more of these wards, hence increasing the distance between the loserteam even further...
imo, consumables early game is good/fun. Consumables that determine the outcome of teamfights = gay.
