You boffins can do the numbers. He's an int ranged hero. I haven't decided whether he throws a Gavel or a breifcase yet. I do know that his voice clips will include 'I that an ambulance I can hear?' and 'It's judgement time'.
Trespass: The Lawyer Hero
Ability One: SERVE SUMMONS
Targetable ability- slows the enemy unit down with unnecessary paperwork, prevents them using an active ability for a short period of time.
Ability 2: PUNITIVE DAMAGES
Passive ability- an interesting one. Deals damage to an opponent in direct proportion to the amount of gold the currently have. The smaller the amount of gold, the greater chance of taking a critical hit.
Ability 3: ALIMONY
Damage over time targetable ability. Just like court ordered alimony this spell creates damage over time, but unlike cursed ground the further the target can get away from Trespass the less severe the damage taken will be.
Ability 4: CROSS EXAMINATION
AoE Ulti. Cross examination is a relativley small area of effect spell that involves the summoning of a Gavel to crush enemies in the immediate area. The Gavel hit deals a reasonable amount of damage as well as stunning the affected opponents.

While I agree the naming and wording is a bit silly (still funny mind), some of the idea's have geniune merit just on the way the skills are described.
