Not good by any means, but I've been going 3 steamboots after seeing a guy in the steam boot stacking thread have some success with it, on maliken. the one game i did terrible I was so tired I'da done terrible with any build. Check out some of p0ke's MM games.

Edit: p0ke has me convinced he actually thinks it's good though.

Not on heroes that require spell casting, and not on alot of agility heroes. Any strength hero that deals DPS it works well, because with 5 boots, you get ~1000 HP, 50 damage and 125 AS. For agility, you can either have HP or damage, not both. The only Agility hero it works on really well is because it is cost efficient.
