Banlist not announcing banned players properly.

Here's the original thread I created.

Banlist shows banlisted people when they join the game you are in, from time to time, sometimes it gives you no notification before or after the match, and sometimes you might have to relog to fix graph bug or etc. And upon joining the game banlist shows you that 5 people in that game are in fact on your banlist.

Some bans that I've made during the beta announce correctly, while others don't. Some bans that I've done during the retail do not announce while others do, there is no consistency in the announcing wich is very frustrating.
I host my own games and I've decided not to let banlisted people play in my games, but the banlist seems to work against me in this manner by sometimes letting people sneak in.

Currently it appears to be so that banlist isn't announcing anything at all. Please do something about it : /

You need to relog for your banlist to take effect.

I tested this bug with JamestowN a few times, and the only time it didn't show was when I added him, didn't relog, and he joined.

If anyone can replicate this bug with a friend, please post replication steps.
