Scout can vanish with Blood hunter silence on. Wat?

It has a short delay time if he casted it then you silenced him before you stopped seeing him he would still go invis.

When things like this happen you need to get the Match ID and post it otherwise you have no proof of your claim. If it was your last game there is a folder you can retrieve it from.
Did you look at his items or were there any heroes around him? I occasionally get a Nullfire Blade on Scout, he could purge silence off himself with that couldn't he?

You need to remember that as soon as scout activates his stealth, he will get into stealth. It sounds to me that you are silencing him when he already used it, and the only reason why you "got" him was during his fade time.
