I'm not sure if someone suggested this...
There could be a shortcut like in Dota "Send Itens to Hero", when all itens on the monkey will be delivered to your hero and it will return to base.
It's a little boring to transfer the itens one by one...

Could try using Shift to queue up the commands which will do everything you want but req's a bit of micro.
