Cripple's tooltip should say it's an attack modifier.

Hi, i have just noticed, that the reworked gauntlet has no tooltip on his 3rd, passive, skill (cripple)., that it is an attack modifier.

So i have bought a whispering helmet.

If you attack then, cripple wont take effect, life leech seems to override it, and you wont ever use the charges gained.

Hello, is Gauntlet's Cripple intended to be an attack modifier?

The other day I build one Elder Parasite with him and it didn't work, also Frostburn, so is it an attack modifier?
